• APRIL 16 TO OCTOBER 31, 2025
All cancellations received within 3 days prior to guest arrival will be penalized with 2 nights’ stay + taxes.
NO SHOWS AND EARLY DEPARTURES will be subject to the same penalty.

• November 1, 2025 – December 26, 2025
All cancellations received within 7 days prior to guest arrival will be penalized with 2 nights’ stay + taxes.
NO SHOWS AND EARLY DEPARTURES will be subject to the same penalty.

• December 27, 2025 – January 15, 2026
All cancellations received within 21 days prior to guest arrival will be penalized with 2 nights’ stay + taxes.
NO SHOWS AND EARLY DEPARTURES will be subject to the same penalty.

• JANUARY 16 TO APRIL 5, 2026
All cancellations received within 7 days prior to guest arrival will be penalized with 2 nights’ stay + taxes.

• APRIL 6 TO OCTOBER 31, 2026
